Each package offered comes with a customized experience to meet your needs. We want you to know you are important to us. Let us help you create the event of a lifetime. Each package includes the cleaning fee, all we ask is if you use any pots and pans in the full service kitchen please wash those before you leave and put all garbage in the provided trashcans. We will take care of all of the rest. We love our space so much and take a lot of pride in it, so we will set up the tables and chairs for you depending on your specific crowd size and needs. We also have black fitted table clothes for each 8 foot table that you are welcome to use, or bring your own. This beautiful home sits on approximately 1 acre of land. In the nicer weather, we will even set up your entire event outside under our 300 year old tree. The possibilities are endless.
There are no hidden fees or extra charges for utilizing our antique couch, chairs, tables, kitchen supplies, outdoor spaces, pool table, dart board, TV, Wi-fi, or other amenities we may offer.
We have some wonderful partners within our community that would love to help make your day extra special. Let us know how we can help you coordinate caterers, bartenders, wedding planners, florists, balloon arches, bakeries, and much more.
Packages
Weekday Rental:
$150 (up to 2 hours) (cleaning fee included)
Monday- Thurday from 10:00AM-2:00PM (after 2:00PM add $100 for up to 4 hours of rental space)
Table and chair set up included (up to 50 people)
Add $50 for us to decorate for you with our supplies.
Weekend Events:
$400 (up to 4 hours) (cleaning fee included)
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday day or night events.
8:00AM-12:00PM/ 1:00PM-5:00PM / 6:00PM-10:00PM

Overnight Rentals:
This house can have an epic slumber party or provide a space for out of town guests. Overnight rentals pricing varies by day and season, call, text, or email for a quote.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Featuring a queen bed, king bed, twin bed, and couches. This home can comfortably sleep 6-8 people.
